Are you referring to the exemption "for children who are living in unstable housing"?
Notice that it doesn't specify "migrant children"..
It certainly does you non reading DP.
Unlike other students, CPS students who are migrants are not required to be vaccinated to attend school, and that's because there's an exemption for children who are living in unstable housing.
