Because the fundamentals are too far out from my investment model, and because I don't really know what this company will be capable of, I simply cross it off my list of companies to consider.
I tend to be rather mechanical that way - it keeps me from wondering off the reservation and possibly into hidden quicksand. It also means that I may miss out on the next Amazon.
I will not argue with what works, and whatever works for you is all that counts
