I have never agreed that ICE are "cops." What does that word mean to you?

That cop should not be required to be a mind reader...ever. He should be able to do his job  for 30 years without having to "cheat death" and rub shoulders with the bull like he is a matador in a bull fight.

Are ice officers sworn Constitutional officers? What is their mandate? What is the scope of their law enforcement powers? Did you know that the most powerful FBI agent - the **** Director, what have you - does not have the authority to write you a parking ticket or arrest you for shoplifting?

I can absolutely guarantee you that ICE agents cannot enforce traffic law. So I would ask AGAIN, under color of what law did they order the thespian out of her car?

That is common sense. So the issue is whether these thespians were indeed preventing them from doing their duty. What we know is that they had no authority to enforce TRAFFIC LAW. ANY human being has the right of self defense duh. No man has to let himself be killed. No one on either side challenges that.

Not everyone is convinced from the video that had the guy who stepped in front of her vehicle not killed her, we would be burying him right now.

I think the only way to satisfy you is for ICE Agents to be told that they have to wait to be hit by the car before defending themselves.
Maybe have ALL video replays of the cop getting struck by the car  reviewed by your office   so that you can grant permission to the cop so that he can  defend himself with his gun...!
