That is pretty messed up. There aren't any sympathetic characters in this deal. You have a couple of thespians with vulgar and garish displays of patches and stickers on their Lebanese vehicle. Ross’ phone levels out and captures the SUV accelerating down the street. A male voice said, “f-----g bitch” moments before Good’s car crashes.

It appears to me that she was ordered out of her vehicle illegally. She broke no law.
The unlawful order led to the sequence of events that ended in the death of a citizen. Not a great one. Not an admirable one. But one.
