I was "clipped" by an SUV once...went to the hospital to confirm no fractures, and asked that the insured replace my trousers..

He was moving at considerably higher speed.

ICE has the right to detain you for questioning and for addressing the fact that she attempted to create a roadblock..
Renee had a choice to make and she chose wrong.
She chose to test the Agents quick decision making limits and in the blink of an eye he chose to defend himself instead of allowing her to run him over.
