I repeatedly watched COPS. What is the first action they take before they "get on it"? They ensure that the vehicle is "OFF". No individual should have been walking in front of that vehicle for ANY reason. The officer positioned himself there either to create a justification for being bumped or he did not receive adequate training or even failed training. Officers are instructed to avoid standing or pass into the path of a vehicle that is not "PARKED" and "SHUT OFF".

This thread is not about whether he should have been in front of the car.  This thread is about the hoax from the left that she did not hit him with the car.
