it did not have a low crime rate it was a hot bed of crime.

So, government-spnosored crime related to prohibition occured in Minneapolis during prohibition, and the effects of prohibition, including some organized crime, lingered right up into the NINETEEN FIFTIES when the criminals died out?                

I heard when it was a logging camp, some swedes murdered a german and hanged a drifter to cover up the crime. Before that, natives who summer-camped there scalped a rival.

Minneapolis was safe, clean and decent until you **** nigrified it.
