Administrations have long deported certain categories of illegals.

With limits on resources, priorities must be established. Prior administrations prioritized finding and deporting criminals.

Deportations for their own sake is only a metric for administrations which can't perform by historical standards.
I don't recall the protesting back then.

First of all, Rittenhouse did not bring a gun to a protest, he brought a gun to protect himself and business owners from the radical left.

Second of all, you're correct about the rest.

True. I was just being concise, because lefties don't like to read.

If you haven't noticed, the flow of illegals at the border has gone down considerably, less to count as "deported"!

The Obama administration did not technically redefine "deportation" by regulation, but it did significantly change immigration enforcement policies—specifically through increased use of "expedited removal"—which led to border "turnarounds" (previously often classified as "voluntary returns") being counted as formal "removals". This shift meant that people caught at the border were more likely to face formal, documented deportation orders with long-term consequences, rather than being simply turned back, contributing to the high deportation statistics during his administration.

Irrelevant question.
ritterhouse brought a gun to shoot people.

Nope. He brought a gun to defend himself. Two pedos attacked him. Of course, there isn't a liberal that wants to talk about that. Not one. Not even one.

I never claimed he did. You are wrong about Rittenhouse. I am 100% convinced that you will deliberately evade the fact that Rittenhouse was attacked.

Because I don't believe many people object to deporting actual criminals.

But when your resources are finite you have to prioritize those who are more than just an irritant to FOX watchers.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------Rittenhouse had been guarding an auto dealership at which several cars had been set on fire when he was confronted by Joseph Rosenbaum, the first man Rittenhouse killed. Evidence showed that Rosenbaum was aggressive and lunged for Rittenhouse’s rifle while cursing him. Rittenhouse testified that he feared that Rosenbaum would seize the rifle and shoot him. The jury found this fear to be reasonable and this may be a fair interpretation of the current law of self-defense in Wisconsin. But that is precisely the problem. No one actually knows what Rosenbaum intended. Rittenhouse admitted that he pointed his rifle at him. Rosenbaum might have intended simply to disarm a dangerous man.The acquittal means that the person holding the gun gets to decide who lives and who dies.

---------------------------Anthony Huber, the second man killed, considered Rittenhouse to be dangerous. Huber’s girlfriend said in an interview that Huber rushed Rittenhouse to protect her and others nearby. Huber struck Rittenhouse with a skateboard he always carried and reached for Rittenhouse’s rifle. That is when Rittenhouse shot him once, fatally wounding him.Clearly, Huber was not trying to shoot Rittenhouse, but to disarm him. As the events of that night demonstrated, he was not wrong to fear that Rittenhouse was irresponsibly dangerous. Huber’s courage cost him his life.

What? What kind of moron would reach for a rifle? If someone is that stupid, then let natural selection take its course.
