Bessent graduated from Yale College in 1984. In 1991, he was hired by Soros Fund Management, eventually becoming the head of its London office.

On January 6, 2021, Ashli Babbitt was fatally shot during the attack on the United States Capitol. She was part of a mob of supporters of then-outgoing U.S. president Donald Trump who stormed the United States Capitol seeking to overturn his defeat in the 2020 presidential election. At the time of her killing, Babbitt was a 35-year-old United States Air Force veteran and a supporter of QAnon, a far-right conspiracy theory.   

Despite multiple warnings not to proceed, Babbitt attempted to climb through a shattered window beside a barricaded door into the House Speaker's Lobby, at which point she was shot in the shoulder by United States Capitol Police (USCP) Lieutenant Michael Byrd.

Lt. Michael Byrd’s life was forever changed after the Jan. 6 Capitol Insurrection. As a U.S. Capitol Police officer, he confronted a violent mob attempting to breach the Capitol and fired a single shot that killed a MAGA supporter. Though cleared of wrongdoing, Byrd has endured years of threats and harassment, ultimately forcing him into hiding.

Johnny, this will not be well received by the MAGA supporters. Ashli Babbitt would not have been in the situation she found herself in had Trump acknowledged his defeat. There would have been no march, no breach of the Capitol, and certainly no violence or fatalities on January 6.

I don't consider you MAGA. You were a Republican given  crap MAGA choices..  Did I like voting for Kamala Ha Ha? Hell No... I was dismayed when Joe ran in 2020.  That it came down to shyt show 2 in 2024 was a Steven King Horror Story in collaboration with Tom Clancy.

I don't know how we fix this..  Edgar Cayce predicted a Good Leader rises out of the ashes of this situation. He was very close to a "T" as to what we would be going through..  100 years ago... He predicted the peril of Democracy, a leader like Trump.. everything..  He predicted 2026 would be the year of reckoning.
