Increase exercise level to something close to what Kennedy does daily.
If you already have a family history of artery disease and high BP, then limit your animal fat intake to fish and skinless white meat.
Fat free milk ...FF Greek yogurt and FF Feta cheese is OK
I adopted the Dean Ornish diet back in 1998 out of dire need..[even though I have not been 100% faithful to it]
Words to live by...."MY FOOD IS MY MEDICINE" and also...."If you work like a Lumber Jack you can eat like a Lumber Jack".....
I've read that black pepper "supercharges" turmeric.Cannonpointer » 16 Feb 2026, 7:57 pm » wrote: ↑ I live like a lumbar jack and eat like a lumber jack. Animal fats are half my **** diet - though sometimes I can't help but get SOME protien clinging to the fats,
Made me a split pea soup today. The soup doesn't know it and neither does the person eating it, but I snuck a **** ton of black pepper and Turmeric into it. Turmeric looks like carrots - no one can tell. And yes, there's a disporportionate amount of swine fat in that ****. MMM MMM GOOD!
Yeah, I like neck bones. But in a split pea soup, it's gotta be ham hocks. And this **** with ya: My ham hocks are raw at start - not smoked. I don't need that smoky flavor. I use a chicken broth in place of water and then cook raw ham hocks for about 90 minutes on a simmer before adding the peas, onions, carrots, garlic, more garlic, turmeric, black pepper, and a reasonable bit of cayenne peppah. Then another hour and a half at a good little simmer and dig in...*GHETTOBLASTER » 16 Feb 2026, 8:22 pm » wrote: ↑ I've read that black pepper "supercharges" turmeric.
Nobody loves split pea with ham hock more than I do.....it's also very good with the pig's neck bones,
The neck bones are a lot of fun to pull apart and strip clean....like an interlocking chinese puzzle.
Might as well have fun with your food AND get a free education in anatomy as you eat ......
guess what I'm having for dinner now...?Cannonpointer » 16 Feb 2026, 8:35 pm » wrote: ↑ Yeah, I like neck bones. For me, the ham hocks are about the animal fat, not about smoke-flavor.

No, but I can gerrymander a sidewinder.
I cahn't.
Gluten feeds Epstein-Barr latent viruses in the body. It isn't just "bad flour" (although that happens to be the case as well).Cannonpointer » 16 Feb 2026, 7:50 pm » wrote: ↑ I import my flour from Italy. It's about 5 bucks a kilo - I think a smidge under.
Unhealthy flour is the reason for so-called gluten intolerance - not gluten. No one cannot tolerate gluten. But baptists cannot tolerate glutes. And I have low tolerance forthe funny little jewish man these days. I used to like him, back when he was funny. I didn't see the funny in that clip - though I have seen him be funny for short bursts a couple of times since he went to the dark side and became a house *** for the democrap party.
No WAY!
In other words, you're a miserable **** eater.LowIQTrash » 16 Feb 2026, 3:59 pm » wrote: ↑ I just follow the simple rules:
Meat: Most (I don't like pork that much, others like lamb/chicken/beef/etc. are good)
Vegetables: Almost everything
Fruits: Almost everything
Grains: Quinoa/Millet/Brown rice, no gluten
Fish: Smaller ones
I do not consume dairy/soy as I have a very high immune reaction to it...also those GMO foods (like corn) should be off the table minus maybe 1 soda per month...
BTW...
Fermented foods are not as good as they claim...the so-called probiotics do NOT benefit you because those are not the beneficial bacteria that are actually in your "gut lining" (which is the claim of the pro-ferment crowd...)...your digestive system will simply get rid of those bacteria.
Probiotic "supplements" are a huge waste of money and cost $50/small bottle.
Fermentation was a preservation method from centuries ago when we did not have refrigeration...it is not meant as a "health" tool...
A freshly prepared, organic, steamed (or even raw) cabbage is much better than sauerkraut.
If you want those "good bacteria" you are better off growing vegetables with NO pesticides/herbicides in your own garden and eating them raw...

It's funny because they were supposed to banter about Super Bowl snacks, where your quintessential (Retarded) American is going to chow down a burger, fries, and a Bud Light in front of a TV at a bar while wearing the shirt of another, stronger man (whom he would allow to **** his wife like a good little cuck if he meant getting into that man's good graces), while RFK JR was busy ranting about fermented food like an Awkward Autist.
Damn, Cannon, I thought YOU of all people would laugh at this!![]()

After we've been on antibiotics for a long stretch the thinking is we have been left vulnerable to more disease due to all of the undigested food that passes into our intestines and then putrifies.
The hope of naturopaths was to prescribe lots of probiotic food rich with digestive enzymes.
What you're saying is to simply eat pure, fresh, unadulterated, unprocessed food to accomplish that.
There are also those who claim improved health from eating mostly raw or barely cooked food..to keep the enzymes as active as possible.

Some researchers believe raw milk from a trusted source will work wonders in reversing that.
The gut flora have been damaged or nearly wiped out in many people. That sets up a series of bad reactions.
Some people get deathly ill even while some don't have any apparent problems. Elusive.
No one thing is entirely at fault or entirely the cure.

Kennedy is entirely entitled to his dietary preferences and likely far more now knowledgeable than Stewart, who cannot eat beef unless the cow it came from was brutally tortured while it died. He can't have a cheese burger because meat and dairy - which are NOT proscribed by Leviticus if one is literate - IS proscribed by his retarded religion. The things that Kennedy chooses to eat are not nearly so ridiculous as the things that Steweart cannot eat.
Sorry, bro - could not get past the bubbling stew of irony, hypocrisy, and plain dislike.

Is Jon Stewart funny again or is there just a hell of a lot more to laugh at nowadays?LowIQTrash » 17 Feb 2026, 1:48 am » wrote: ↑ I thought Jon Stewart was a SECULAR J 00. I have strict dietary rules as well. Arguably stricter than Kennedy's.
But if I went on live TV and said, "Oh yeah, I can't eat [X, Y, Z]" I would be **** embarrassed b/c your avg Fox News viewer cannot hold 2 nuanced thoughts simultaneously (It's OK to bash "mainstream" processed foods while still bashing a lot of these fake alternatives that are not much of an improvement) and the host will stare at you like you came from another sector of the Milky Way.
I can smell AUTISM from a mile away and RFK Jr went full AUTIST![]()

It's almost impossible to find raw (unpasteurized) butter.
