"Unless you donate $XX, we'll do a quite unfavorable press release about how RACIST your company is in their hiring practices". I've seen it, heard it, and know for a FACT it happens. Sharpton might be the worst, but Jackson probable was on of the first to use that tactic. One business owner was threatened with a lawsuit for "racial discrimination" unless he put in at least $10,000 to the Sharpton grift.
