G-forces during a NASCAR Cup Series wall impact typically range between 30G and 40G for a standard hard hit, but severe crashes can exceed 80G to 100G. While drivers experience roughly 3-4G during normal high-speed cornering, an impact with a wall causes near-instantaneous deceleration that subjects the driver's body to extreme forces, similar to weighing 80 times more than normal for a split second.

I flew some a few missions on a UH 60 Blackhawk as a door gunner really low and really fast.  I think I would be fine.  Had a lot of those in the UH 1H but the speed was not comparable.  I think I would enjoy it.
