Is there any remnant of value in conjobs' vacuous skulls?

The difference is, unlike CONJOBS, I don't wrap myself around neologisms and well sounding mantras.

And unlike LIBTURDS, I actually mean what I say (e.g. Tim Walz the corrupt buffoon saying Minnesota has one of the best "childcare" systems in the country in his debate against VP Vance Image  Image. So when I say, "Hmm...about those FWEE MAUKET REFORMS that conjobs have been babbling about for ages...those might actually be useful?" it is 100% authentic. Image

Seems like a huge machine to me. Wages are just a part of it.
Cost of facilities, malpractice suits, pharmaceutical, education and then continuing education, etc.
No doubt regulations, governmental mandates, and insurance **** aren't free of charge either.

btw
I've never seen a lib promise anything but lowering costs. Never happens on their watch either.

Inflation hasn't helped either, interesting article on the increase of hospital costs and haven't even added the last 2 years:

Hospital revenue and expense trends in U.S. https://share.google/2nbXfuSsYDLjtSBED

ANYTHING that government money is involved in ALWAYS increases in price.

College tuition, health care, housing, food, you name it!! Because they KNOW that price inceases comes with elected officials scrambling for more funding, which in turn starts the vicious circle turning!! You eliminate the pretense of ANY "free market" ability to lower prices through competition.

If you print enough of it the bit of money in the hive becomes worthless and brings the bees to their knees.

You have absolutely no clue how economics works and how everything is interconnected. To be honest I didn't care until recently, and the little bit I have seen is a minute fraction of the entire picture... Once you put a Keynsian Hat on the world gets ugly quick.. Did you know John Maynard Keynes had a voracious appetite for homosexual sex with young men?  Everyone at the college was relieved when he finally married a female..

Value is fixed, every one of the 8.1 billion passengers produce value (except for maybe YOU)  Currency is only a metaphor for the truth in value.  The glimpses into economics I have been exposed to on Youtube are pretty darn frightening..  Dollars are leaving town.  Beware the Crytopocalypse.  I still can't believe it takes energy to maintain crypto and "mine" for it..   Bitcoin:  Refrigeration After Opening...  My bank account needs it to..

You will probably invent or discover all your currency has evaporated into thin air like Poof the Magic Dragon someday.

If you were not aware, new in 2026 on the exchanges, is a catastrophic plan attached to an HSA.

Lower premiums along with a tax shelter. If I had little use for a doctor and in good health, this is an option.

Here are the details:

New in 2026: More plans now work with Health Savings Accounts | HealthCare.gov https://share.google/lkg60pTo0VXdS7nf0

If you make too much money to qualify for an exchange subsidy, you can get on one of these plans.

I don't anticipate it getting any better. By 2030 there will be an additional 15 million boomers on Medicare.  The hospitals can only go so long on less than cost services for Medicare patients, everyone else is going to pay more.

We can blame Democrats and Republicans all day long, while those 50% in the supposed middle ain't got nutin either.

(I had a repeat colonoscopy for resection of a couple of larger polyps at the hospital instead of a clinic. Bill was just shy of $40k.)

Welcome to healthcare 2026!

Those middle 50% are going to get buttfuKKed really hard once they realize everything is going to get CUT. Medicare will have to reduce costs, Medicaid will have far more stringent requirements, etc.

Grab YOUR slice of the pie...while there are still crumbs LEFT!

The only "good" HC plans I have EVER seen are those afforded to military members (military hospitals, not VA) and Congressional health plans (equivalent of Gold Plans via Obamacare, except they don't have to pay $1200/month).

Free market healthcare means:

1) If you can't pay, you need to rely on charity (or get fukt'ed)

2) Doing away with 80-95% of government subsidies / payments

3) Cash or credit at point of service rather than routing everything through insurance companies (Creating the vast corporate bureaucracy)

4) Breaking up all the monopolies and oligopolies / greatly easing restrictions (e.g. how many doctors can be enrolled in med school per year, who is allowed to issue prescriptions, etc.)

---------------------------------------

It would certainly lower my premiums which would make me happy.      ... there is that "pesky" question about ethics, however...

The principal to economic theory is to assure everyone believes genetic outcomes aren't self evident time living eternally separated as biologically here as economics sustains the concepts of 7 day week to plan tomorrows each Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday is registered as another tomorrow 52 weeks year regardless of factual 365or 366 rotations happen in those flowcharted days a year people are alive in plain sight cradle to grave.

First rule of governing people is out of sight, out of mind. Seeing is believing anything else is possible if everyone agrees to obey humanity until extinction happens.
How many ancestors can actually explain a physical extinction event before a species is completely void of generation gaps still alive?

Genetically speaking, it arrives when no more great great grandchildren arrive daily anymore. Genetics sustains the current population in a series parallel algorithm as always been taking place in plain sight.

A huge part of the "cost savings" in Bammycare was coding. When every detail in medical diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis can be tracked via a digital code, it can be efficiently managed . . . right?
I don't blame Bammycare specifically for this one because it was coming no matter what. It being entangled in the 1,000 page abortion-of-a-bill that nobody read (and to this day not many people fully understand) didn't help.

Coding in the medical/health disciplines has become its own red tape nightmare. Doing treatment for even the simplest procedure can get fouled up financially, legally, bureaucratically. Have to untangle a stupid code. The back and forth can be ridiculously time-consuming while a poor sap's life ebbs away during the dithering.

Accountability(expensive lawsuits) and insurance(legal battles over who pays) etc...
Note the common denominator is . . . money.

AI can fix all this.
