This was on our Mod Team Weekly Agenda recently. It was largely felt that the weight of oppression
is presently balanced nicely between freedom to belittle our team and squashing you crackpots.

Some folks (perhaps you too) feel the reports are merely a suggestion box to be used casually.
All these factors were considered on a Venn Diagram and a policy vote was executed.
