Watching Democrats and their new self-serving "no imminent threat" diatribe, makes me wonder if schools actually teach any relevant history. Europe learned a hard lesson in the 1930's & 1940's. Appeasement, trying to ignore a threat, their politicians too portrayed as "not imminent," which cost 10's of millions of lives. Even their politicians had more than enough evidence to act back then.
