Dude..  One of my best teachers in Nuclear Engineering at U of MD was Iranian..  The best one was a huge burly Ukrainian.  He may have helped build Chernobyl. He certianly explained what happened in the accident to us.  Putin freaking pierced the fragile containment dome that took years to build.  The repair was very difficult last I heard and I doubt it has been made.
