No, in the context of the thread it is about the fact that at this time it appears the Iranian Navy, Air Force, Army and the C & C have been rendered combat ineffective.  Many of their leaders, civilian and military, are out of play.  All which are large steps to calling a mission complete.

If you wish to reframe start a thread.

But as far as the mission goes:
