Sumtin is a slang term that has gained popularity in recent years. It is often used to refer to something or someone that is not quite clear or defined. 

Example. While wrestling in the bed, Johnny was able to get on top of BV and put sumtin in his mouth.

If the best defense of an unverified claim is ‘BUT FOX,’ that tells me you’ve got nothing. The sourcing is still garbage. The story is still unverified. And Google still comes up empty. When your argument is so weak you have to drag in an unrelated network just to feel something, that’s when you know the Slack‑Jaw look is setting in.
