Survivorship Bias for Dumbassess like Veghead:
Survivorship bias is the logical error of drawing false conclusions (something that BV does very well) from the things that made it through while ignoring the things that didn’t. Survivorship bias is based on selection. If mortality alone qualified, then every dataset ever would be guilty, which is less a definition and more a poetic shrug.
Every choice in the multiple choice question applies to his lame *** definition.

He ignored the immigrants who were already arrested and awaiting trial. He selected what he wanted while ignoring the other data in the same set. His graph only showed the immigrants who already were tried and convicted, but ignored the ones who were still in the pipeline to be tried.
