HOWEVER, in Virginia... The legislators were supposed to (according to the Virginia Constitution): 1) Pass the redistricting law, then  2) Allow one complete election cycle to pass, and then 3)  Essentially pass it again before it takes effect.

Note: This was apparently intended so that the Virginia people could BE COMPLETELY AWARE of the changes, have one complete election cycle to think about the changes, and than RE-AFFIRM that they WANT the changes to be MADE LAW !!

SO, Democrats tried to call some OTHER law, that had LITTLE or NOTHING to do with the redistricting effort (mid cycle), as the 1st Redistricting passage (which it REALLY wasn't), and then call the most recent law (that passed 51% to 49%) as the 2nd Redistricting passage... BUT IN ADDITION TO THAT... the law was written in a CONFUSING manner that could EASILY affect voting by 2-3% points, AND, couldn't withstand a Virginia Constitutional muster BY ITSELF... ESPECIALLY in light of the recent 51% to 49% vote..

ANY HONEST JUDGE with ANY SCRUPLES would find FAULT with ALL of that... AND, as a matter of FACT... the ONLY ones that would NOT would be the ACTIVIST, BIASED & CORRUPT Democrat Judges...

...you can: "-hahahaha- it does not prove a thing" all you want...

It sounds like the Virginia "redistricting" is going DOWN... NOT because the Judges are Republican (and I DON'T think they all are)... BUT, because the Virginia Democrat Party are a bunch of MORONS... and think they can DICTATE what they WANT.. and everyone will GIVE IT TO THEM ??

As of late 2025, Missouri Republican lawmakers have pushed for a mid-decade redrawing of the state’s congressional map, an effort critics and opposing politicians have labeled as "gerrymandering" and a form of "cheating" to increase GOP control

------------------------------------------------The campaign to repeal Missouri’s gerrymandered congressional map turned in 300,000 signatures Tuesday to put it on the 2026 ballot. But Secretary of State Denny Hoskins says that won’t stop the map from going into effect on Thursday.Hoskins also argued he has the power to unilaterally declare the referendum unconstitutional if it is determined enough signatures were collected to place it on the statewide ballot. The decision to let the map go into effect is sure to go before the courts, where more than half a dozen disputes over the new district map have been filed since it was approved by the General Assembly in September. In a decision Tuesday, Cole County Circuit Judge Chris Limbaugh ruled lawmakers had the constitutional authority to enact the revised map.Hoskins said he’s relying on an opinion from Attorney General Catherine Hanaway in his decision on whether the law takes effect, which is a departure from past precedent. Hanaway advised his office, he said, that a federal court ruling means provisions suspending a law when a referendum is pending only apply after the signatures are shown to be sufficient to force a vote.“I’m going to follow my attorney’s opinion and the attorney general’s opinion that explicitly states that the referendum does not take place until those signatures are verified by the secretary of state,” Hoskins said in an interview Tuesday with The Independent. At 8 a.m. Tuesday, People Not Politicians delivered 691 boxes of petition sheets bearing more than 305,000 signatures to Hoskins’ office. There are signatures from every county in the state, organizers said, and they have little doubt they will reach the threshold of about 110,000 signatures to make the 2026 ballot.

///////////////A Cole County judge ruled last month that Missouri’s newly drawn U.S. congressional map that aims to unseat 5th District Democrat Emanuel Cleaver II is already in effect.

The political action committee, People Not Politicians, has submitted signatures for a referendum petition that could pause the implementation of the gerrymandered map and force a statewide vote, but the signatures have not been verified.

The Missouri attorney general’s office has filed a lawsuit to prevent a referendum.

GREAT... but MOST of the gerrymandering LAWS are controlled by the STATES, and the State Constitutions... SO, MISSOURI is NOT the same as Texas, which is NOT the same as Virginia...

AND, EACH STATE needs to follow their OWN LAW !!

Look at you stick to details and topics of history and and current events while not figuring out why history is being repeated socially by every ancestor conceived tomorrow arrives one at a time this rotation of the planet.

Half life logistical genetic results as whole ancestors left alive adapting in space by heartbeats pretending their socially justified minds are greater than their current time alive spawns contempt against anyone not honoring relative time theology working 7 rotations thinking they are building better tomorrows than burying understanding actual time alive since conception being part of life never same results twice again.

Reality ignores previous generations in intellectual logistical facts dusk to dawn as intellectually by law tomorrow starts longitude 180 at midnight at the same time Greenwich Prime Meridian is noon same rotation 24/7. Noon to midnight is end of the day as the next day began 0 degrees when geographical longitude 180 is at noon.

So dawn to dusk has two days working in reality when life is only adapting at the same time now per ancestor occupying space since conception.
Humanity's common sense metaphor is relative to relative time theology every society banks on people wishing life were more than related time alive so far.
Imagining working sibling rivalry between ideas governing 5 generations between 5 ancestral lineages native to this universal location perpetually balancing the equal time separating living great great grandparents and every generation gap alive with the arrival of their great great grandchildren born one at a time eternally separated by simply existing now with a promise of and an eternal intellectual soul can exist after dead.

Everyone knows about planned obsolescence, and plausible deniability but they never put evolving back together gain debating relative time logistics in single file results by clock and calendar translations of who's who ranked here today.

Never mind your career social identity matters more to you than how actual evolving works in plain sight.

relative time theology is always inaccurate about solar year vs mathematical calendar year. Same thing applies to time of planet rotation and lunar cycle from new moon to new moon.

Oh and solstices and equinoxes changing climate 8 times a year.

EVERY STATE has their OWN Gerrymandering laws, and some go back to 1812 !  It's up to EACH state to implement their Gerrymandering in accordance with the laws of the state where it's being done... From what I've seen, that's EXACTLY what's been happening...

It's JUST that Democrats have already gerrymandered MULTIPLE states to maximize their power... CA, IL, NJ, & others... and republicans are only NOW fighting back... SO, it was NEVER a problem BEFORE, BUT, it IS NOW?

HA!! GET A LIFE !!
