Alcohol is a recurring element — multiple accusers describe heavy drinking before alleged assaults.

It sounds like the gun was always loaded and cocked. They pulled the trigger and it is merely a poof in the night.
I really liked Swalwell.. But The China Girl was bad. I do not know the details but it sounds like he drank too much and crossed a line.
It does happen. I am fortunate I was able to stay out of jail in some blackouts.. I don't mind the drinking, but the blackouts are a real pain in the ***.
Hopefully he can help the cause in another way.. Hell, maybe he'll get on coroporate media and be qualified to be SECDEF someday.
