Swalwell went from gubernatorial frontrunner to resigned congressman under criminal investigation in under 4 days. The Ethics probe dies with his resignation — which is exactly why he resigned. But the Manhattan DA doesn't care about congressional membership. That investigation is just getting started, and it's the one that could end with handcuffs. 

Democrats are now terrified of getting shut out of the general election under California's top-two primary system — where the two highest vote-getters advance regardless of party. With the Dem vote split 3+ ways, two Republicans could theoretically make the final ballot.

And the FBI under BYE-DUMB totally DISCREDITED this and PROVED SHE WAS LYING!! Which is WHY she dropped her "lawsuit" not once, but TWICE!!
