I was in a venture in Calaveras for a year.  Mountain Ranch.
Gosh I loved it there.

There was a lot of discussion about cessession and starting a new state called Jefferson at the time.

Bakersfield was a shyt hole when we went through.

The climate is perfect for homelessness in places..  You only need shelter like 5 days a year,
