There's nothing "duh" about your attempt to try and express a lie about Republicans being anything but hostile witnesses.

Rating a user's behavior on a scale of "Gandhi to Vlad the Impaler"is inherently subjective, but based on forum activity, Blackvegetable (BV) is known on Liberal Forum for a highly aggressive and confrontational rhetorical style. [1] While the "cruelties" mentioned refer to online verbal sparring rather than physical acts, BV’s presence on the forum is characterized by:

* Hostile Rhetoric: Thread titles such as "Did You Pinheads Think Reason Was Done Voiding Its Bowels Down The Neck of MAGA?" illustrate a sharp, insulting tone directed at political opponents.

* Moderation Power: There is evidence of community tension regarding their influence, with dedicated threads like "This thread is for posts deleted by BV," suggesting that some users view their moderation or posting behavior as suppressive or overly harsh.

* Persistent Conflict: The user regularly engages in "us-versus-them" exchanges, often using provocative language to challenge Trump supporters and other forum members. [1, 2, 3]

In terms of a numerical rating, while Gandhi (0) represents radical non-violence and Vlad the Impaler (10) represents literal mass torture, Blackvegetable would fall into the category of a high-intensity internet polemicist. On a scale of rhetorical "cruelty" within a digital debate setting, many forum regulars might place them toward the higher end for their abrasive language, though this remains a matter of perspective among the site's community. In court filings Tuesday, Pirro gave no details explaining her action, saying only that “the United States has determined in its prosecutorial discretion that dismissal of this criminal case is in the interests of justice.” The U.S. attorney’s office declined to comment.

What happened to judge Pirro's husband?
On June 23, 2000, a jury found Pirro's husband guilty of 23 of the charges brought against him and not guilty of 10 others. He served 17 months in prison, being released early for good behavior and participating in an alcoholism treatment program.

While recognized for her prosecution of domestic violence, Pirro was criticized for her relative prosecutorial absence in bringing charges involving major public corruption or organized crime.[22] These criticisms intensified when Pirro's husband was later convicted of several felonies tied to organized crime, including tax evasion and conspiracy.
