Pirro said that once the latest slate of convictions is vacated, she intends to file motions to dismiss all the underlying charges in the trial court. That move, once approved by a judge, would fully clear all 12 defendants’ criminal records for having participated in the Jan. 6 riots. 

In court filings Tuesday, Pirro gave no details explaining her action, saying only that “the United States has determined in its prosecutorial discretion that dismissal of this criminal case is in the interests of justice.” The U.S. attorney’s office declined to comment.

Well, if that is his only argument that Trump is immune from the 25th Amendment, it boils down to nothing but whataboutism. And whataboutism is not much of a legal doctrine. Nixon was a **** boy scout compared to any president that followed Carter - bar none. But it didn't save his presidency. Different times, different enemies. Those "reporters" were CIA assets. The argument, "There were more grounds against Biden than against Trump, and Biden skated; therefore Trump will skate" puts me in mind of a tragedy that happened in a town where I used tolive. An 18 year old kid, three days past his birthday, got drunk, got in a wreck, killed his girlfriend. I thought to myself, "They had more against Ted Kennedy, and he skated.
