Too funny.  Now I have 2 Psycho Stalkers obsessed with me.  To start with the pic is reversed.  It is taken in a mirror.  My left hand appears on the right.  Look at the ring finger.  You will see a light colored rubber style ring.  Next, the pic was taken in the spare bathroom.  No doily.    And last:
