That was science fiction. Eggplant is a fruit, not a vegetable. Nightshade families of plants have very toxic ancestries. Compare eggplant with devil's or angel's trumpets for example. Then you have cousins like peppers, and tomatoes.

You can hear it in this guys voice the pilot really **** up flying an airplane that is easy to fly.  It sounds like youth and inexperience instigated an attempt to save the plane landing on a road and everyone ended up dead.  The pilot had nothing but fields around him.

Somebody did not do their job right.  If lax regulations led to it or corrupt credentials arre involved, there is hell to pay.
