Hey Veghead,  if you were a prosecuting attorney, this is how you would argue to the jury and the court:

Veghead: "Ladies and gentlemen of the jury. The defendant is guilty of X crime.  I rest my case."


Then you would turn around and blame the juries for all of your losses.

Luara Loomer lost her defamationcase against Bill Maher for saying out loud she had some "wierd kind of sexual attraction" she shared with Trump.

Her father has even said she is **** him and would not testify on her behalf.

The Judge said ~~~~~   "She seems like an unaffectionate and untouchable person and any one could tell Bill Maher was joking"

The details fo the loss in the case are interesting.  All I have time to share is above.
