4.  Protect DRUG GANGS & CARTELS?  and 
5.  ATTACKING a SITTING (and X) U.S. President (Donald Trump) with the ENTIRE CORRUPTED U.S. Bureaucracy, to the point of FALSE Accusations, Indictments, and Convictions... and EVEN Murder!
