SCOTUS have been indicating this was Unconstitutional for a LONG time... Black people STILL have the right to VOTE, and have the RIGHT to ALL the RIGHTS that ALL Americans have... BUT, they DO NOT, and SHOULD NOT, have rights JUST because they're BLACK !
