Accountability matters. If that has happened then corrective action is required.

The tax debt is high..  I am working towards grid free living.  It is not easy, and they may make it illegal.

Yeah, I need 3 grand a year in insurance myself.  It sucks. Property tax has surged too..  Even though it is still low enough to attract new residents.
