Everybody KNOWS what the NYC Communist Mayor Mamdani has done... The largest financial businesses in the WORLD, and other industries have been LEAVING NYC in DROVES... NOW, they reside in Miami, Dallas, and other RED state cities... BECAUSE THEY are NOT Communist, NOT RUN by a Communist mayor, and NOT subject to ALL the IDIOT policies of a Communist Mayor, and his associated CABAL... GONE !!
ADD to THAT... the Socialist quagmire that is California... SF, LA, and the Socialist Cabals that have turned into a STATE... California is a BEAUTIFUL place... but the Socialist Democrats are driving industry OUT ! The Oil Industry, Elon Musk and SpaceX, and DOZENS of other industries and their billionaire leaders... GONE !! ...and the Socialists think they can TAX the REST of the people to make up for the BILLIONS of $$$ they are losing ? THEY WON'T... AND NOW, Katie Wilson... the new SOCIALIST Mayor of Seattle, WA... the Washington Post editorial board calls her a socialist mayor, 'arrogant' for her dismissive attitude toward tax-weary residents and business leaders, and the taxpayer frustration over soaring tax rates ! Like NYC & CA... Businesses have been LEAVING Seattle in DROVES... and the other day, Starbucks has decided to RELOCATE from Seattle... STARBUCKS !! Seattle has been Starbucks home since it's INCEPTION... now GONE !!

A perfect case in point is Panama... Under Obama, the Chinese ALMOST took over the Canal...
