I am well aware that the UN, based in New York and funded primarily by the United States, is wiggling and niggling in the matter, in violation of its own precedents. But its own past rulings - for example, the ruling of the right of Kosovo to separate itself from Serbia based on the will of the people - are incontrovertible. You can repeat the talking point all you want, but the receipts are clear fruit-cake. The genocide claim is fabricated, the language‑ban is false, and under international law Crimea is recognized as Ukrainian territory

None of the agencies you list have armies. The OSCE was part of the plan to break Russia. They failed. Now they whine - and queer ears assert that their whining has some meaning. And the HRW has roundly condemned israel for genocide - as has Amnesty International

Crimea’s vote happened under occupation, without observers, and was condemned as illegal by the UN General Assembly. That’s why every major body UN, OSCE, Amnesty, HRW......still recognizes Crimea as Ukrainian territory. You can scream that they’re biased, corrupt, or part of some plot, but whining about it doesn’t change anything. International law doesn’t bend just because you don't like the rulebook. This isn’t hard. The UN said Crimea is still part of Ukraine because the vote happened while armed soldiers were standing around. That’s not legal anywhere. The Kosovo thing didn’t say countries can just grab land whenever they feel like it.... it only said declaring independence isn’t illegal. Crimea wasn’t declaring anything....it was being taken over. That’s why every major group still says Crimea belongs to Ukraine.
