That said, if Trump's hail mary's succeed, he will make the victim countries pay for their beating. So his profligacy only lands on the United States if his stratagems fail.
I do not see how his stratagems can possibly succeed, but his moves are at the behest of a brain trust that has better intel and better brains than mine. Trump's moves are a culmination of decades of planning by some pretty big-brained sons of bitches.

Thanks for the perspective and time to share. I am baffled.. America First, China to own us. A trillion dollar investment in this country is welcome, we need the injection of value to keep the machine moving... but... It is globalism. I may say I am a globalist.. but it was easier to say when we ran the globe.
