Or you were ripping them off before? How much time to you spend chasing down non payments? The guy who was doing the apartments when I was there almost had to hire a lawyer every year. He was a recovered heroine addict.. He super **** up on relapse trying to hustle a new kid, with a co drug addict spouse..He worked for us.. Dissappeared in the middle of the season 2 years ago. We both said he looked awful and jacked up in the end.
He did not seem to have a happy existence hustling grass and landscaping. We are on our 4th year of contracting, a long time family friend brings his zero turn. I am doing all weed wacking and maintaining two courtyards. 60$ a cut as needed and as he is available.
I gotta be honest.. I am getting older.. It was a very resopnable 82 degrees in the sun yesterday morning working the beds. It wore me out fast and I need to get out and finish this morning.
We have some kind of wierd scrub weed that pops up every spring of the year. The shyt is dry and brown. Dropping a lit cigarette could start a problem. Do you adjust your schedule for drought? I did buy a bag of seed last year and spread some.. Daggone, I got real grass where I put it!
