Biden was a serial plagiarist. Meaning he was not caught only once. Or only twice. He brazenly lifted entire speeches and reproduced them - ethos and pathos - as his own life experience. He stole term papers. He was politically ruined in the 90s for these scandals. It was understood by one and all that he could never run for president again.
