she tried with DNA and Trump wanted nothing to do with that.

Trump refused to provide a DNA sample. At the last minute, he changed his mind. Too late judge, Lewis A Kaplan, rejected the 11th-hour offer by Trump’s legal team to provide a DNA sample to rebut claims Carroll made.

Civil courts lack the physical authority to forcibly strap someone down for a DNA extraction.
