Canada to buy Swedish early warning planes rather than US model
OTTAWA, May 27 (Reuters) - Canada, which says it wants to reduce reliance on U.S. defense firms, on Wednesday announced plans to buy a fleet of early warning planes from Sweden's Saab rather than a competing option from Boeing.
Prime Minister Mark Carney said Canada would opt for Saab's GlobalEye, which is based on Bombardier's Global 6500 jet. Boeing's E-7 Wedgetail plane - which has suffered from delays and cost overruns - had also been in contention.
Ukraine is already succesfully using these aircraft. Througn my unmanned aircraft channels, I hear these planes communicate directly with the drones for targeting solutions. This is not good for Beoing or America's future.. Seattle Roasted.. Spit the Cofveve out. No Star Bucks for US.

It never seems to occur to you that when republicans and democ rats are untied on an issue (like Coupkraine), that is EXACTLY when the fix is in and you should be the most skeptical.
Both sides funded the Iraq war, for example. It's a dead giveaway.
It means the matter is too important to the important people for them to allow their dogs to fight about it.
On the important crimes, EVERYBODY has to muck in.

ANd it's being cut adrift, along with the countries of which it is composed.
Boeing is **** by it. The wrold does not trust America. Who would want their access to spare parts to rely on the good graces of a whimsical, arrogant bully?JohnnyYou » 56 minutes ago » wrote: ↑ Our involvement is done.. Congratulations
Boeing might not be pleased.

I get that.. Trump was a not the status quo card guy.Cannonpointer » 5 minutes ago » wrote: ↑ The END, yes. But the means is what I was most attached to.
EVERY empire ends. So the end of THIS empire was never in question. The only questions were how and when, and the answer to the second is manifestly "soon." The clown show is a sure sign.
This leaves us with how - and with my particular attachment. I wanted very much for us to elect a president who would knowingly and deliberately fold it down, securing every possible advantage to the republic which had alunched the empire. That is the best possible end of empire - the one that leaves a healthy republic standing. And I had hoped Trump - a past master of making the most of a bad situation - would be that guy.
I don't see attacking Iran as a good way to fold up the empire and restore the republic.

Only problem is the Status Quo is unbeatable.. You might as well try making spoiled milk drinkable.
Putin is making a crap load of money.. Hormuz closed, Sanctions lifted.
Beyond the asymmetry, there is symmetry with the past. Just put it on repeat in the human loop de loop. The Magna Carta is only 500 years old.. A Blip in human existence. An awakening in their conscious..

Common results of like minded people is they die defending stereotypical ideologies that existed throughout history every day of the week handed down for hundreds of generations.*Roshambo » 27 May 2026, 1:46 pm » wrote: ↑ Folks,
