Rosh-e-Poo, you left out the part where those “poor, innocent veterans” were literally running a public campaign telling active‑duty troops to ignore orders and “refuse illegal commands” based on their own political feelings. That’s not “free speech,” that’s undermining the chain of command. Those **** should be in prison Every military in the world, including ours, treats that as a threat to readiness. You start encouraging troops to freelance which orders they feel like obeying, you don’t have a military anymore. You have a mob with uniforms.

Trump and Hegseth weren’t going after retirees for having opinions. They were going after people who were actively trying to erode discipline inside the ranks. That’s not whistleblowing...that’s destabilizing. If you tell service members to ignore lawful orders because you don’t like the Commander‑in‑Chief, you’re not a hero. You’re a liability. And yes, liabilities get investigated.

So, spare me the “retaliation” melodrama. If you play stupid games with the chain of command, you win UCMJ‑flavored prizes. Some of those clowns should be thanking God they only faced pension reviews instead of a courtroom. Senator Kelly made public statements advising service members to follow the law and refuse illegal orders.....

I would always predictably side with a narrative preconceived on a slant and make sure you know about it.
My bitterness would compel me to extoll my "qualifications" and demand others to justify their opinions so I can nitpick.

As usual, that bitterness would be very heavily masked in calling others bitter since I would have no justification for it.

What a steadfast alliance as Bibi Runs all over Lebanon..  I have an associate with family there, he grew up there and succesfully ran the town grid and made a fortune..  All of it got taken away in conflict...  The family is Christian..   I have not heard if they got evacuated/ Kicked out.
