Maduro was the NARCO Kingpin that orchestrated it ALL out of Venezuela... along with the help of China, Russia and other Socialist states... in return for DISCOUNTED Venezuelan OIL (...oil profits that MOST Venezuelans NEVER saw a NICKLE of! )...
