Paragraph 8:
8 — The Islamic Republic of Iran reaffirms that it shall not procure or develop nuclear weapons. The United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Iran have agreed to resolve the disposition of stockpiled enriched material pursuant to a mechanism that will be mutually agreed upon in accordance with the schedule mentioned in paragraph seven, with the minimum methodology to be down blended on site under the supervision of the IAEA. The two parties also agreed to discuss the issue of enrichment and other mutually agreed matters related to the Islamic Republic of Iran’s nuclear needs, based on a satisfactory framework being agreed upon in the final deal. The final deal will confirm the provisions of this paragraph. The United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Iran acknowledge the critical importance of the nuclear issues above mentioned. They express their intention to immediately address these issues in the negotiations in order to achieve mutual agreement on them.
They sit on one of the world's largest oil reserves? Why would they need nuclear power?
And even if it's agreed, Trump has previously offered to supply any needed nuclear rods for power generation, and that we would remove the expended rods.
It would make sense that any agreement would be based on this same premise, eliminating any need for enrichment.
I most certainly did answer your question, now you answer mine.golfboy » 21 Jun 2026, 9:30 pm » wrote: ↑ You didn't answer the question. If they weren't allowed to enrich uranium, why were they doing so?
The IAEA said they were violating the agreement, and Obama did NOTHING about it, contrary to your claim that he had Iran "under control". IAEA Declares Iran in Breach of Nuclear Nonproliferation Obligations
Trump said the negotiation team would not make it back to their **** country.golfboy » 21 Jun 2026, 9:30 pm » wrote: ↑ You didn't answer the question. If they weren't allowed to enrich uranium, why were they doing so?

Once Trump said "**** this deal" Iran began began breaching these limits in 2019. The JCPOA had inspectors on the ground along with provisions for further negotiations. Trump tore up the agreement because it was an Obama deal... flat out narcissism.

How **** stupid are you to support Trump knowing Obama had Iran under control along with 6 other nations including Russia. 3.67% it was allowed and it was under control.
Now the fraud is costing America. The first 118 days alone cost $113.3 billion in completely unnecessary spending.![]()

The fact that you assume this or that "news" channel imparted it to me is extremely telling, Projection Lad.
It means the notion of just reading it for yourself or shutting the **** up about it never even occured to you.
How sad for you. You're the kinda guy who threw his hands in the air joyously when he graduated high school, and shouted, "Yeehaw! I will never read another **** book in my LIFE! YEEHAW!"
If you're gonna keep desperately trying to tie me to cnn, ya fruit, TRY not to reveal what a slack jawed humunculous you are.
I say that with genuine affection, to help you avoid looking stupid at some future time.

Same old Cannon taking pieces of statements and misrepresenting them.Cannonpointer » 21 Jun 2026, 11:50 pm » wrote: ↑ "Enrichment and OTHER MUTUALLY AGREED MATTERS."
Enrichment is already mutually agreed.
Remember, these people are communicating in english, not slackjaw.
As far as legitimate uses for enriched uranium, here is what AI said:
Enriched uranium has had the proportion of its fissile isotope, Uranium-235 (U-235), increased through an isotope separation process. It serves primarily as the energy source for civilian nuclear power, as fuel for naval propulsion, and as material for medical research and diagnostics.
As for Iran's decisions about generating power, I'm not enough of a control freak to generate an opinion about how they should manage that. Since they have oil, should the not use wind, solar, or hydro, as well, in Controlandia?
Why would Iran renew an agreement that gave them everything they wanted, when it expired?Cannonpointer » 21 Jun 2026, 11:41 pm » wrote: ↑ Yes, it would have expired, IF it had not been renewed. But it never got renewed, on account of it getting torn up duh.
Trump's will allow that BEFORE it expires. Nations have legitimate civilian uses for enriched uranium.
For years, ya say? And no one did anything?
What dastardly things did they do with the stuff?
Iran has never been accused by anyone of possessing weapons grade uranium.
Oh, I know, I know.
They sure are lucky Trump is letting them off the hook, dummy.![]()

What do you think they were doing in those places?
Your question is moot because it is based on an incorrect assumption.
Yes I do. The collective soul of we the people believe in things beyond actual time evolving won't accept anything you say about self evident time evolving as eternally separated in genetic results never same ancestors reproduced twice in any generation gap, ancestral lineage, species, located at one universal location so far.
