People often ask "If God is so good, then why is there so much evil in the world?" or "why does so much evil happen to good people?"

I'll tell you why. Jesus made it pretty clear why. I don't know why these questions still come up. He made it abundantly clear as to why: 

• The whole world lies in the power of the evil one.”— 1 John 5:19
• John 18:36 — “My kingdom is not of this world.”

There it is ^^^. Satan rules this world. Not God. We are on Satan's turf. So why should it surprise anyone that there is so much evil in the world when the world is run by Israel, aka Satan.

The fact is, most modern liberal Jews today don’t rationally accept the notion of such a God, especially given the fact that all around us innocent people do suffer and the all-knowing, all-powerful, all-good God of tradition either ignores them or doesn’t exist.

Do you see a problem ?

Suffering is a problem. But if there wasn't any suffering, then what would be the point of heaven when we would already be living in it?

We invent "beliefs" to make the frightening and unfathomable easier to contend with.
The beauty is that those beliefs can help people act better.
A side effect is that there is a component of power in those beliefs. That's where your devil lies.

It can change people for the better for sure. Dig too deep into organized religion and get a bitter taste of the flesh.

Intellectual humanity is the so called Satan tempting ancestors to never accept their actual time alive daily here. So many generations doing the same thing regardless ancestral lineage lived so far.

Look at you cannot and will not describe yourself by specificity since conceived. DNA linked chromosomes composite of last 126 ancestors lived up to your conception in the last 3 centuries of relative time measuring people lived conceived to dead socially registered cradle to grave factually existed so far.

7 generation gaps is all that happened evolving one at a time spontaneously uniquely here each rotation lived birth to dead simultaneously alive with all other living things native to this atmosphere and universal location.

Specificity isn't complicated until factualizing ideas recorded in grammatic fashion to isolate each sole alive to be worth less as actually alive than staying in character assuming living isn't self evident time adapting here now.

Israel is a state of mind ancestral held by those honoring the idea intellect is a higher form of evolving in plain sight, and it never was. Just the difference between a brain navigating space and each person existing in plain sight now.

Winning hearts, minds, bodies, and souls isn't discussing organs of each lifetime living forward so far. Each body has their own specific heart, brain, adapting in space since conception as a unique ancestral position inhabiting space each rotation of current events 24/7 until dead.

Dead means brain and heart aren't navigating relative time logistics any more.

I am more toward the "tribal rule" is what gets us in trouble.
You can call that Satan if it suits. The result is the same: We both are quite leery of it.

They make it easy. What's to love? At this point anyone who still supports Israel is simply ego driven. They don't want to admit that they were wrong about them.

Yes. Half of us (at least) think they should go pound sand yet they're leading the bigshots around by the nose. Pretty good for a bunch of former slaves.
