Something in the coding is preventing me from quoting you.  We are not talking about if one of the parents is a US Citizen.  No one is arguing about that.  I'm not.  The discussion is about Birth Right Citizenship for those who come here solely to gain citizenship for the child.

Those smarter than me on these issues argue that someone here on vacation, never mind to give birth solely for citizenship, is not subject to the jurisdiction of the US and are not citizens of any State.  They are subject to the jurisdiction of their home country.
