No, Tyler Robinson was not indicted by a grand jury; instead, he was charged directly by Utah prosecutors via an information filing. In Utah criminal procedure, prosecutors frequently bypass grand jury indictments by filing formal charging documents known as an information. Because he was charged via an information rather than an indictment, the state must present its evidence in an ongoing preliminary hearing to establish probable cause before the case can officially proceed to a jury trial.Current Status of the CaseThe Charges: The Utah County Attorney's Office formally charged Robinson with felony aggravated murder, felony discharge of a firearm, obstruction of justice, witness tampering, and committing a violent offense in the presence of a child.Ongoing Preliminary Hearing: A five-day preliminary hearing began on July 6, 2026, before State District Judge Tony Graf in Provo, Utah. During this "mini-trial," prosecutors are laying out DNA, digital, and eyewitness evidence to convince the judge that a trial is warranted.Next Steps: Robinson has not yet entered a formal plea. He will only enter a plea once Judge Graf evaluates the preliminary evidence and officially rules on whether there is enough probable cause to send the case to trial. Prosecutors have already indicated they intend to seek the death penalty if the case goes to trial and results in a conviction.

Prosecutors brought in clips from TP USA events as evidence. The judge and defense were like what the phook? The judge asked is all of the video available that this was cherry picked from? Prosecutor said not today. The volume of the submission was wiped out.
The kid is going to walk away. He is going to be the Anti Kyle Rittenhouse for his lifetime. Hopefully he will be able to sue. Maybe someday we'll know what really happened.. but I doubt it.

Since the 1970s, at least 28 women have publicly accused Donald Trump of sexual misconduct, including rape, sexual assault, physical abuse, and unwanted kissing and groping. Trump has consistently denied all of these allegations
