Name one treaty or agreement the US has ever made - wait a minute, wait for hte rest of it - and kept.

The school of thought that "if you're going into a war/attack situation, beat the **** out of them or don't go at all" was fairly strong a short time ago. I kind of feel it is unfortunately what must happen now. Wage a war to submission in order to truly end it.

Bad part is that the resentment will last for generations... but I think that was there already anyway.

I missed the part where you justify expecting Iran per se to keep its word to us.

They DO - out of concern for their global image, same as Russia and China. But I'm asking on what planet you or I or anyone else has any right to EXPECT them to, given that you are incapable of naming one US treaty that we have ever lived up to in the history of history.

Small problem with that scenario. 

Trump didn't ****** into this thing. He did EXACTLY what you said. And it failed. Iran still has stingers, and we ran out of stinger stoppers. It's not politic, It's math. 

The only thing he could do more is send in troops - and that's impeachable. Contrary to popular belief, Trump has no power to declare war.

This^ is not TDS, lack of patriotism, etc. It's simple fact.

Trump thought that he could destroy Iran with what he threw. It failed.  He was badly advised - or else he ignored the advice. My bet is the former - badly advised.

We still have a **** ton of offensive weapons we can hit them with. But we have no more missile shield to hide behind. 

They have the balls, as they are the aggrieved party. We prefer beating up defenseless ****. Sadly, Iran is not that, and Grenada is behaving splendidly. If we take them on full throttle, we have to deal with their full throttle response.
