their license should be cancelled and given to other more fair, trustworthy, socially responsible and legitimate

I find it difficult to put any trust in government, institutions, collections of people in general.
An entity that issues the license has already allowed this type of **** to go on for **** decades.
What has actually changed as of late that obligates any real change?
These are just people and they have no sense of mission or clear responsibility to the public.
