A federal appeals court invalidated New Jersey’s ban on “assault” firearms and high-capacity magazines in a 10-5 vote on Friday, ruling that it violates the Second Amendment.

 The decision by the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals hands gun rights advocates one of their biggest legal victories yet on the issue as the Supreme Court gears up to provide a nationwide resolution next term in a separate case

How did these idiots get away with implementing a ban in the first place? Do they not read the constitution and laws beforehand? The second amendment is not new.

Semi auto sports weapons are not assault weapon.  The term assault weapon (not assault RIFLE) is a relatively new term came up by the same marketing peeps that came up with Pro Choice instead of abortion.

Won you got to the class 3 gun shop in your area and have the differences explained to you come back talk.

I don't suck in the area of firearms law, firearms operation, and self defense laws.  You 9 years worth of scars  are evidence of that.

You have never explain why law abiding citizens should be barred from owning semi automatic rifles that look mean and scary and function no different than one that doesn't.
