Explain what?  God is patient with sinners. He wants everyone to come to Him. So?

Yes, so?  The passage explains that God works on his own timetable, not man’s timetable.

All dogs go to heaven. Not sure about anyone else. The 10 qualifications that need to be adhered to in order to get a membership are tough to follow.
No thievery? That's the easiest to pass.
No adultery? Nope. Can't say I haven't
No false witness? I make **** up about other people all of the time.
No coveting? There's this one woman a few doors down. She looks like she needs a good coveting.
Love the mom and dad? I was raised by my great grandmother. Flunked on that one big time.
No other gods? I'm actually a big fan of Odin. The whole Valhalla party thing and all.
No killing? No comment other than it's sort of a prerequisite to get into Valhalla.

**** I can't even come up with the last 3. Looks like I'm screwed for an eternity in heaven. Oh well looks like Valhalla it is.

Some jews actually do accept Jesus as their lord and savior. Some call themselves Jews for Jesus. So they remain ethnically jews, but believe what Christians believe.
