SAR Filing Rules
- Standard of Suspicion: Banks are only legally required to file a SAR through the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) if they "know, suspect, or have reason to suspect" that a transaction involves criminal activity or violates the Bank Secrecy Act
