So IF you look into waste, fraud and abuse of GOVERNMENT (the people's) MONEY, you go to prison!!

He ain't going anywhere. 23 hours a day locked up with one hour in a walled courtyard to get a little fresh air.
Can't put him with other prisoners because the tough guy would be dead within minutes.
